Equipment

  • 1 10-inch chef's pan or wok

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 2 medium carrots diced
  • 4 stalks celery diced
  • ½ medium red bell pepper diced
  • 2 green onions trimmed and thinly sliced

  • ground white pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Heat oil in the pan over medium heat. Add in the carrots. Sauté the carrots for about 3 minutes.
  • Add in the remaining vegetables (celery, red bell pepper, green onions) and sauté for another 3 minutes or so, until the vegetables have slightly softened.
