Instructions
Marinade the Steak
In a bowl large enough to hold the steak, mix the soy sauce, olive oil, ginger and sugar together.
Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces.
Add the steak into the marinade and mix.
Cook the Pasta and Vegetables
Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
In the meantime, start preparing the vegetable. Peel and dice the carrots. Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Skip this step if you are using frozen mixed vegetables.
When the water boils, add in the pasta. Cook until the pasta is about 3 minutes from being done. At that point, add in the prepared vegetables and continue to cook.
When the pasta is tender, drain everything and return to the pot. Toss in olive oil and sesame oil.
Sear the Steak
As the pasta is cooking, or once the pasta is done, sear the steak in a medium sized skillet on medium-high heat. Because of the small bite-sized pieces, the steak should only take a few minutes to cook.
Toss and Serve
Once the pasta, vegetables and steak are done, toss everything together and serve. Enjoy!
Notes
Instead of using ½ cup carrots and ½ cup frozen corn kernels, you can use 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables.
